We offer a comprehensive learning solution for multifamily real estate groups that are committed to offering their team members opportunities for professional development and growth. We offer some frequently asked questions, or you can contact us directly to speak with an expert.
What is the duration?
Our certification programs consist of self-paced e-learning courses. Typically, 12 – 15 hours of coursework. A final assessment for each is then completed.
Who certifies?
Escal8 will certify learners based on their completion of course work and passing the final exam assessment.
Is everything online?
Yes. Everything is online and accessible 24/7 to meet the learners schedule and enable flexibility.
Do I need to have previous education/experience?
Our entry level leasing and maintenance certificates are designed for those without previous experience. For more advanced certificates, we may recommend the completion of the beginner level certificates based on the learner’s professional experience.
Is it a one-time payment?
You may either purchase courses individually and work at your own pace to towards completion of the entire certificate program, or earn a discount when purchasing the entire package of courses and assessment.
What do I receive at the end of the program?
You will receive a digital certificate with a QR code that verifies is authenticity, and that it is from Escal8. We will always keep records of certificate earners and will be happy to provide a replacement if the need arises.
What happens if I don't pass the certification? Can I take it again until I pass it?
Once all courses are completed, the learner will have the opportunity to study for and take the exam. If the learner does not pass the exam, retakes will be available although an additional cost may be assessed.
I can't log into my account. What should I do?
You can start by double-checking your login credentials, ensuring you’ve entered your username and password correctly and that the caps lock is off.
If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password” link and follow the instructions to reset it. Also, you can clear your browser cache and cookies and login again.
If the problem persists, contact our support team to reset your account or verify your login details.
I can't access certain features/content on the site. What's wrong?
Ensure that your browser is up to date. Some features may not work with older browser versions. Check if the feature/content is restricted to specific user roles or access levels. Make sure your account has the necessary permissions.
You can also disable any browser extensions or add-ons that might interfere with site functionality.
I'm experiencing slow loading times or site errors. How can I fix this?
Check your internet connection to ensure it’s stable and fast enough to handle the site’s content, or try accessing the site from a different browser or device to see if the issue persists. Also, you can clear your browser’s cache and cookies to eliminate any potential conflicts.
I submitted an assignment, but it's not showing up. What should I do?
Verify that you completed the submission process correctly—you should have received a confirmation message after submitting. Check your internet connection to ensure the file is uploaded successfully.
If the problem persists, contact support and provide details about the assignment submission to be sure you get credit for your work.
I'm unable to view/download course materials. How can I resolve this?
Ensure you have the necessary software (e.g., PDF reader, media player) to open the files. Check if the course materials are in restricted areas and ensure you have access rights. To isolate the issue, you can also test and download the materials on a different device or network.
Contact support if the problem continues, sharing specific details about the course materials you’re trying to access.
I can't see my results or progress. What's wrong?
Make sure you are logged in with the correct account that is associated with your course enrollment. Check for any technical issues with the site’s results tracking system. If the problem persists, reach out to support for further assistance.
My videos or interactive content are not working. How can I fix this?
Be sure you have a stable internet connection that can handle streaming video and multimedia content. Update your web browser and ensure you have the resources required. You can also try accessing the content using a different browser or device.
If the issue continues, report it to support along with details about the specific videos or interactive elements that are not working.
I'm having trouble navigating the site. Any tips?
Look for site navigation menus, often located at the top of the page, or quickly use the search function to find specific courses, resources, or learning paths. We also provide extensive user guides and tutorials for the site to help users understand its layout and functionality. Please get in touch with support if your concerns haven’t been answered.
If I'm only interested in the monthly webinars, is there a way to do it?
Those interested in monthly webinars may sign up for them through your organization.
Can I brand the courses?
Course logos and images in the description can be modified. However, one of the advantages of working with Escal8 is that you gain access to many professional publishers such as Harvard Education, TED, Blinkist and more. We believe your program will gain credibility with your team when they see these top-notch brands. However, for courses you create, you have the full ability to brand them.
Can I brand the platform?
Absolutely. We will work with you to set up your platform based on your branding guidelines so that your learners have a seamless experience
Can I integrate your platform to my HR System, my webconferencing system, my e-mail provider, etc.?
Yes. Our powerful platform will allow integrations with systems such as CRMs, Web conferencing, HRIS platforms and much more.
If I'm not in the Multifamily or Real Estate business is this still valuable?
Yes. Our learning opportunities are extremely diverse and can develop people no matter the industry. Whether is it leadership, sales, customer service, DEI, or much more, we can create a tailored program to support your learners.
Is there a minimum of associates I need to have to hire your services?
No. At Escal8, we believe in the power of continuous learning. Therefore, we will work with your company’s specific needs to deliver a solution that will take you to the next level.
Do I need an LMS to start or can I get just the courses?
Our courses have a high-level of technology so that video, interactive activities, scenarios, games and more can be delivered to your learners. These courses are best to live on a Learning Management System (LMS) so they will work properly and track the completion.
If my company has already created some courses, could I add them to yours?
Yes. You may use your company’ developed courses and resources and integrate them with Escal8’s offerings. Additionally, if you are looking to develop customized courses and resources and need assistance in doing so, Escal8 is here to help.
If I already have an Learning Management System (LMS), can I still utilize your courses?
Yes. Although we believe our platform is the industry’s best, we understand that companies may not be ready to switch platforms while wanting to take advantage of Escal8’s superior courses. Therefore, unlike other vendors who may make you use their platform, Escal8 will work with you to curate courses appropriate for your people and make them available on the platform of your choosing.
