At Escal8 we use the following categories of cookies:
Necessary cookies: essential for the site to work and to remember your cookie decision (escal8_cookie_consent, stored in your browser). They do not require consent.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics – GA4, ID G-D4FF4068RF): help us understand, in aggregate, how the site is browsed (page views, duration, device) so we can improve it. The cookies are only set if you accept them. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in denied consent mode: it sends signals with no cookies and no identifiers, including your IP address, which Google uses only to estimate aggregate totals.
Forms (HubSpot): our demo and newsletter forms are built in our own HTML and send your details straight to HubSpot from your browser. They load no HubSpot scripts and set no HubSpot cookies, so you can use them whether you accept or decline cookies.
Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, ID 2250639638778063, and Google Ads): they let us measure how well our ads perform and show you relevant advertising on Facebook, Instagram and the Google network. They set cookies such as _fbp and are only activated if you accept.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google. The information these cookies generate is processed according to Google's policies. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy and opt out of Google Analytics across all sites by installing the add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
HubSpot is the platform where we store the details you leave in our contact, demo and newsletter forms. It receives only the information you type, sets no cookies on this site, and handles that data under its own privacy policy (legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy).
Meta Platforms is responsible for the pixel we use to measure Facebook and Instagram campaigns. It is only loaded after your consent and is governed by Meta's data policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy). You can manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
In addition, the site loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash. These services do not set cookies, but they may receive your IP address when delivering the content. They are governed by the privacy policies of Google and Unsplash respectively.
When you first visit the site, we show a banner to accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. Until you accept, no measurement or advertising cookie is set. Declining does not limit any part of the site, forms included. You can change your decision at any time using the button below:
